Estran is a digital tool designed to make healthcare access and legal processes more navigable for trans people. I worked on the first interface iteration, translating flowcharts and design documentation into an interactive prototype that brought the product’s structure, logic, and user journey into a tangible form.

The main challenge was mapping the full complexity of a process that is often difficult to navigate and subject to change. To build a more accurate and useful system, we consulted organizations working in the space, identified key information, corrected errors, and updated outdated details so the experience would reflect users’ real needs.

result.
The outcome was a clearer and more reliable foundation for the tool, which we translated into a structured interactive experience. This process allowed us to turn a complicated journey into something more legible, navigable, and supportive for the people it was intended to serve.
We were able to run users tests which will inform future iterations of the product.
